SHIPPING INFO
1. All charges/Price of items are in MYR (Ringgit Malaysia).
2. We ship worldwide. Shipping costs will apply according to weight of product(s) & final destination and will be added at checkout.
3. We use POSLAJU or DHL e-commerce for most of the domestic shipments. For International shipments, we use Aramex International / Fedex / TnT.
4. In rare cases, we may use other services if the locations of delivery are deemed unreachable in POSLAJU / DHL e-commerce / Aramex International / Fedex / TnT or Freight Mark's territory.
5. We only use tracked shipment services.
6. We are not responsible for destination country tax and/or duty charges if incurred. Buyer will be held accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination country. We will NOT be responsible for any Duties, Taxes, or Customs fees under any circumstances.
7. We provide on-demand instant delivery (receive goods in 1-3 hours) within Klang Valley via Lalamove, Grab Delivery or Zepto Express. Arrangement can be made with our customer service via email: support@pfopremium.com or use the chat function at our website.
DELIVERY & ORDER
ORDER
1. All successful orders will be processed within 1-3 working days.
2. Once the order is confirmed and completed upon successful payment, an email notification will be sent to you.
3. We will contact you via WhatsApp or Email as soon as possible in the event where the item is out of stock due to inventory error, needed extra attention or where the payment has not been authorised. If we are unable to contact you, the order is deemed to be cancelled.
4. Colours and other details that you see on your computer/mobile device may vary from the actual product. We cannot guarantee that your computer/mobile device will accurately display the details of our products and services.
5. You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete.
6. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for certain reasons, including but not limited to, limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies, or errors in product or pricing information. If the order is cancelled for the above reasons and you have paid for the items, you will receive a full refund net of any other charges.
7. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions of the information associated with the items. We also reserve the right to update or change the information of the items at any time without prior notice to you.
8. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected. We will not be held responsible or liable for any failure for the purchase to complete, or any resulting loss or damages to you.

DELIVERY
1. All ready stock items will be processed and to be shipped out within 1-3 working days.
2. No delivery services shall be available on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
3. All pre-order items will be processed and to be shipped out within 12-20 working days subject to customs clearance or any other external factors related to the delivery/shipping of the item.
4. You shall provide a valid and accurate address for delivery purpose. Once the applicable item has been shipped out, you will not be allowed to change or amend the delivery address or cancel the order.
5. The tracking number of the delivery will be sent to you via email notification or phone message (SMS) upon dispatch of your order.
6. Delivery time may vary depending on shipping address and final destination. Below are the estimate delivery days of receiving upon order has been shipped out:
i) West Malaysia: 1-4 Working Days
ii) East Malaysia: 2-6 Working Days
iii) Brunei, Thailand, Indonesia & Singapore: 3-8 Working Days
iv) Other Countries: Within 12 Working Days
NOTE:
The delivery days stipulated above are approximate only and delays may occur without prior notice due to any technical problem. In connection here to, you agree and acknowledge that time is not of essence for the performance of delivery of the item. We shall not be liable for any delay in delivery or performance howsoever caused.
7. You hereby agree and acknowledge that all items purchased are at your own risk. In the event where the items are damaged or lost in the course of delivery/shipping, you agree and acknowledge that PFO will not be liable for any damages, expenses or costs incurred there from.
8. For domestic orders within Klang Valley, if you wish to arrange an urgent shipment or wish to self-collect, please contact support@pfopremium.com or contact us via our Chat Function. Any self-collection made without informing and arranged will not be entertained.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
1. All purchases of READY STOCKS items are eligible for exchange within 5 normal days of receiving the products.
2. All purchases of PRE-ORDER items are not eligible for exchange/return unless in the cases where it is our fault for example mistake in size, colour, model or authenticity of a product sold.
3. All sales are final. We do not entertain any return/exchange/refund request due to change of mind or incorrect order once the item is shipped.
4. All purchases of all items through us are not eligible for refund unless in the cases where item has defect or where there is a mistake in size, colour, model or authenticity of a product ordered.
5. The buyer is responsible for inspecting the goods for defect and notifying us within 5 days from receiving the product, should there be any defect. We will not accept any form of exchange, return or refund beyond the period. Buyer must present evidence of defect to us. We hold the rights to determine if the product has defect after inspection.
6. To be eligible for a return, products to be returned/exchanged must be in original condition, original packaging with price stickers, hang tags etc still attached (if applicable). We reserve the right to refuse any returns which do not comply with the above criteria. If the product has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund.
7. Buyer is responsible for shipping the item back to us, using a tracked shipping service to ensure the whereabouts of the package. We will not be responsible for items damaged or lost in the return transit.
8. Please note that all the charges incurred in an exchange (eg:.shipping cost, duties and taxes) is the buyerโs own responsibility, unless it is our fault the return has to take place. This includes the requirement to pay the additional re-shipping fee for exchange. We will exchange items that has returned to us within 5 normal days from receival date, subjected to availability of the stocks.
9. Should an order is eligible for refund, refund process will take place within 7-10 days after item is received and inspected.
Important Note:
- Please note that manufacturing or minor defect is not eligible for exchange, return or refund at all times.
- Most of designer products like handbags, wallets etc. are hand stitched and handmade. Some minor stitching inconsistency is normal and is not considered as defect(s).
- Leather texture and color may be slightly inconsistent as it depends on the texture of the leather itself and does not considered as defect(s).
- Glue stick stain and black dot on sneakers does not considered as defect(s).
